1. Description of Service & Platform Role

  • Platform Scope: GG Trade Game operates solely as an independent third-party listing, matching, and communication platform allowing users to post listings, search, and negotiate the exchange of virtual in-game items.

  • Independent Entity (Third-Party Disclaimer): GG Trade Game is an independent platform and is NOT affiliated, associated, authorized, endorsed by, or in any way officially connected with any game developers, publishers, or parent companies. All game titles, assets, logos, and registered trademarks belong strictly to their respective owners.

  • No Custody or Escrow: We do not own, store, hold in escrow, or facilitate the direct transfer of any virtual assets or real-world currency. All in-game trades occur exclusively within the respective game environments at the users' own discretion and risk.

2. User Accounts & Eligibility

  • Age Requirement: You must be at least 13 years old (or the minimum legal age required in your jurisdiction) to use our Platform.

  • Account Security: You are solely responsible for safeguarding your login credentials (passwords, linked third-party OAuth providers like Discord or Google). You accept full liability for all actions conducted under your account.

  • Accurate Data: You must provide accurate, current, and complete information and refrain from creating misleading or impersonating profiles.

3. User Conduct & Trading Rules

You explicitly agree NOT to engage in any of the following prohibited behaviors:

  • Scams & Fraud: Engaging in scamming, switch-trading, sending phishing links, falsifying item details, bait-and-switch listings, or failing to honor agreed-upon trades.

  • Strict Prohibition of Real-Money Trading (No RMT): GG Trade Game strictly prohibits the buying, selling, offering, or solicitation of in-game items or accounts for real-world currency (cash, bank transfers, crypto, gift cards, external payment gateways) unless explicitly authorized by the Platform. All listings must represent in-game item-for-item or in-game currency exchanges.

  • Violation of In-Game Terms: You must ensure that your trades do not violate the Terms of Service or End User License Agreements (EULA) of the respective games.

  • Harassment & Hate Speech: Posting hateful, discriminatory, obscene, defamatory, threatening, or sexually explicit content, or harassing community members and staff.

  • Technical Abuse & Scraping: Utilizing automated scrapers, bots, crawlers, exploit tools, DDoS tools, or attempting unauthorized access to our servers or databases.

4. Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) & Intellectual Property

GG Trade Game respects intellectual property rights. If you believe your copyrighted material is being infringed upon on our Platform, please send a formal DMCA Notice to our designated contact:

    1. Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed.

5. Paid Features, Subscriptions & Refunds (If Applicable)

  • Any optional premium perks, listing promotions, or virtual badges purchased on GG Trade Game are strictly non-tangible digital goods.

  • No-Refund Policy: All purchases made on the Platform are final and non-refundable, except where required by applicable mandatory consumer protection laws.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties & Limitation of Liability

  • "As-Is" Basis: The Platform is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express, implied, or statutory.

  • In-Game Risks & Losses: GG Trade Game is NOT liable for any in-game disciplinary actions (including account bans, item rollbacks, or trade locks imposed by game publishers), scam losses, trade disputes, or technical glitches occurring during in-game transactions.

  • Maximum Liability: To the maximum extent permitted by law, GG Trade Game, its founders, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages resulting from your use of the Platform.

7. Termination & Account Enforcement

We reserve the unilateral right to investigate, remove content, issue warnings, temporarily suspend, or permanently terminate any user account or IP access without prior notice if we determine a violation of these Terms has occurred.

8. Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the applicable laws of your operating jurisdiction, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation or brought before the competent courts of the governing jurisdiction.
